		This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. WILBERT Burial Vaults are manufactured by the licensees of Wilbert, Inc. (“Wilbert”) pursuant to manufacturing and product specifications established by Wilbert*. THE MANUFACTURERE OF THIS BURIAL VAULT (“MANUFACTURER”) DOES HEREBY WARRANT TO THE PURCHASER THAT, UPON NOTICE TO MANUFACTURERER, MANUFACTURER WILL REPLACE THIS BURIAL VAULT WITHIN 10 DAYS WITH A NEW BURIAL VAULT OF SIMILAR VALUE IF, AT ANY TIME WITHIN 100 YEARS (THE WILBERT BRONZE BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT, OR WITHIN 75 YEARS (BRONZE TRIUNE BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMNENT, OR           WITHIN 75 YEARS (COPPER TRIUNE BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT, OR            WITHIN 75 YEARS (SST TRIUNE BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT, OR                   WITHIN 65 YEARS (VENETIAN BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT, OR                      WITHIN 55 YEARS (CONTINENTAL BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT, OR              WITHIN 50 YEARS (MONTICELLO BURIAL VAULT) AFTER INTERMENT,                      IT HAS FAILED IN ANY WAY TO RESIST THE ENTRANCE OF WATER OR ANY ELEMENT FOUND IN THE SOIL IN WHICH IT IS INTERRED. THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO CLAIM THAT ITS BURIAL VAULTS WILL ORDINARILY REMAIN PROTECTIVE FOR THE ENTIRE WARRANTY PERIOD. This replacement warranty shall be void (1) if the burial vault is not sealed by Manufacturer (or a representative of Manufacturer), (2) if the burial vault is moved after burial, or (3) if the burial vault is damaged in or near the cemetery, by the misuse of machinery to dig neighboring graves, by negligence on the part of the cemetery, or by acts of God. To enforce this warranty, written notice of any disinterment must be given to Manufacturer, with a copy to Wilbert Guarantee Trust Fund (c/o Wilbert, Inc., P.O. Box 147, Forest Park, Illinois 60130), at least 48 hours in advance, and a representative of Manufacturer shall have the right to be present at the disinterment. All claims must be in writing and mailed to Manufacturer at the address shown below within 30 days of the date of disinterment. This warranty certificate must accompany the claim and the purchaser must permit the burial vault to be repossessed by Manufacturer at Manufacturer’s expense. NEITHER WILBERT NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY OR ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW. THE PURCHASER’S REMEDY SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE BURAL VAULT AS STATED IN THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may no apply to you. In the event Manufacturer is no longer in business, the obligation of manufacturer hereunder will be assumed by Wilbert Guarantee Trust Fund (c/o Wilbert, Inc., P.O. Box 147, Forest Park, Illinois 60130), provided, however, that all the terms and conditions herein shall be complied with and that the Wilbert Guarantee Trust Fund shall stand in the Place of Manufacturer. It is represented that the assets of said trust fund at this date are not less that $25,000.
